A short walk to the Rosslyn Metro, The Highlands development will offer 912 residential (apartments and condos) units. Standing between 23 and 27 stories into the sky, this upscale condo living community will continue to set the bar higher luxury living in Arlington.
Among its touted features are hotel-style lobbies, rooftop entertainment terraces, resident clubs, state-of-the-art fitness, 24-hour concierges, resort-style pools, and underground parking for. The community will include nearly 40,000 square feet of retail and a public park.
In particular, The Pierce will feature best-in-class finishes and features, large private balconies, high-end appliances, and elegant bedrooms. Floor plans for The Pierce start at 1,100 square feet and surpass 2,000 square feet. Direct elevator access to some units should attract those looking for exclusivity.
Key Bridge Marriott Project

The site of the aging Key Bridge Marriott is getting an overhaul from the Los Angeles based Woodridge and Oaktree Capital Management LP property group. The proposed plan is to demolish and renovate a portion of the existing hotel in order to construct two new residential buildings -- one apartments, one condos. 151 condominiums units are planned for buyers looking to quickly walk to the Rosslyn metro station and the Key Bridge to Georgetown.
The Columbia Pike Village Center
1201 Ross St, Arlington VA 22204 (South Arlington)
completion date -- winter 2020
Orr Properties is building this 346-unit condominium project will replace some eye sores on the Columbia Pike corridor. In its place will be a mixed use residential / retail development. Shopping and restaurants will house the bottom floor spaces. Harris Teeter will call this home as part of the retail backing.
